Otherwise, the reservation request will be discarded.

A Deposit of one (1) night on a major credit card is required to guarantee a reservation during regular high and low seasons, valid 1/5 - 12/19 of that respective year. Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled seventy-two (72) hours prior to the arrival date.

Christmas Policy - A deposit of Two (2) nights on a major credit card is required to guarantee a reservation during the Christmas Holiday Period, valid 12/20 - 1/4 of that respective year. Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.
